"Not Quite an Eight", beta 2

I've fixed a few things for beta 2 that were reported as lower in quality than the rest of the track.  The terrain is a bit better now - the middle parts, anyway.  The outside I left as it was because it gave the track a canyon/quarry feel that put more emphasis on the track itself and not the infinite unknown beyond it.  The shadow feature is now active, further darkening the track (yes, you can still see where you're going).  I've also added a few objects (barriers, grandstands) for a bit more realism.  Removed the "misplaced" tile positioned out of the track area (it was there to complete the texture set, but wasn't used for the track).  The texture count is now down to 55, and everything still tiles properly.
